Book once all trades have finished, including painting and fittings. Cleaning before the last works are done means dust will settle again.
02How long does a post-construction clean take?
Most apartments take 5 to 8 hours with a team of 2 to 4 cleaners. Villas usually take a full day. We confirm the time when you book.
03What is included in the clean?
Builder dust from every surface, paint and cement spots, windows, frames and tracks, inside cabinets, kitchen and bathroom detailing, and floors scrubbed and finished.
04Do you remove rubble and large debris?
We bag and remove light debris, packaging and offcuts. Heavy rubble and large site waste should be cleared by the contractor before we start.
05Will your methods damage new surfaces?
No. We use the right method for each surface, such as no razors on stone and no acids on marble, and test on a hidden spot first.
06Do you bring your own equipment?
Yes. Our team brings HEPA vacuums, scrubbers, safe scrapers, ladders and all cleaning products.
