Who This Service Is For
Neck problems affect people in every routine. These are the people we see most often.
Office and laptop workers
Long hours at a screen can leave the neck and shoulders tight. We check posture and give practical desk changes.
Elderly people
Stiffness and pain can make going out hard. The doctor comes to you and goes at a gentle pace.
Drivers
Long drives and traffic keep the neck in one position. We look at what helps you stay comfortable on the road.
Parents and caregivers
Lifting and carrying children or loved ones strains the neck and upper back. We help you protect it.
How a Home Neck Visit Works
Five simple steps, from booking to a clear plan.
Choose a time that suits you and tell us briefly about your neck problem when you book.
We confirm the visit time and the price with you before the doctor sets off.
The doctor listens first: when it started, what makes it better or worse, your work, sleep and any other symptoms.
A careful check of movement, posture, muscles, nerves and strength, at your own pace.
You get a clear plan: self-care, gentle exercises if they suit you, and a referral or scan at a clinic if needed.
Posture Makes a Difference
Small changes to how you sit and work can ease the load on your neck. Switch between the two to compare.
- Head drifts forwardThe further the head moves forward, the more the neck muscles have to work to hold it.
- Shoulders roundThe upper back curves and the shoulders tighten after long spells.
- Screen too lowLooking down at a laptop for hours keeps the neck bent.
- Few breaksStaying still for a long time adds to stiffness.
- Screen at eye levelRaise the screen so the top is near eye level, about an arm's length away.
- Back supportedSit back in the chair with your feet flat on the floor.
- Shoulders relaxedKeep elbows close to your body and the keyboard within easy reach.
- Move oftenTake a short movement break every half hour or so.
Gentle Neck Movements
Simple movements a doctor or physio may suggest. They are examples, not a treatment plan.
Chin tuck
Sit tall and gently draw your chin straight back, as if making a double chin. Hold briefly, then relax.
Side tilt
Slowly tilt one ear towards the shoulder until you feel a light stretch. Return to the centre and switch sides.
Shoulder rolls
Lift your shoulders up, then roll them back and down in a slow circle. Keep your breathing easy.
Slow head turns
Turn your head slowly to look over one shoulder, only as far as is comfortable, then to the other side.

Neck Care FAQs
Straight answers to the questions we hear most about neck home visits.
01What neck problems can you check at home?
We check common neck problems such as stiffness, posture-related pain, pain after sleeping awkwardly and pain that spreads to the shoulders. The doctor examines you, explains what they find and suggests next steps.
02Who comes to my home?
A qualified doctor visits you. We share the doctor’s details when we confirm your booking.
03Can you do an X-ray or MRI at home?
No. Scans such as X-ray, MRI and CT are done at a clinic or hospital. If the doctor thinks you need one, we explain why and help arrange a referral.
04When should I go to emergency care instead?
Go to emergency care straight away for neck pain after a fall or accident, a stiff neck with fever and headache, new weakness or numbness in the arms or legs, trouble breathing or swallowing, or neck pain with chest pain. A home visit is not for emergencies.
05Will you give me neck exercises?
The doctor may suggest gentle movements, but only ones that suit you. Please do exercises only when your doctor or physiotherapist has said they are right for you, and stop if anything makes the pain worse.
06How long does a home visit take?
Most visits take around half an hour to an hour, depending on what you need. We confirm the time when you book.
07Can you visit my office or hotel?
Yes. We visit homes, hotels and offices across Dubai. Please share the address and any access details when you book.
08Do you prescribe medicine?
The doctor may prescribe medicine if they decide it is needed and suitable for you. Some cases need a specialist or physiotherapy instead.
09How do I book a visit?
Use the Book Now button and share your area, a preferred time and a short note about your neck problem. We confirm the visit and the price with you first.
