Professional Hull Cleaning in Dubai
Our divers clean your hull, propeller and running gear while your boat stays in the water, with gentle methods chosen to protect the antifouling paint.
- No haul out needed
- Yachts and boats
- Report after each clean
Below the Waterline Care
Most of a boat lives under the surface. We take care of the parts you cannot see from the dock, from the waterline down.
Waterline
The band where water meets paint. Scum and staining are wiped away without scrubbing the finish.
Hull bottom
Slime and soft growth are lifted from the hull with soft pads and brushes, panel by panel.
Running gear
Propeller, shaft, rudder and trim tabs are cleaned so they turn and move freely.
Intakes and anodes
Water intakes are cleared and anodes are checked, so you know what needs attention.
Boats and Yachts We Service
From day boats to motor yachts, our divers clean hulls of most leisure and working boats kept in Dubai marinas.
Motor yachts
Large and mid-size yachts cleaned at the berth on a schedule that suits you.
Speedboats
Quick boats that feel growth first. A clean bottom keeps them responsive.
Sailboats
Hull, keel and rudder cleaned with care for the antifouling finish.
Catamarans
Both hulls and running gear covered in one visit.
Fishing boats
Working boats kept clean so they are ready to head out.
Day boats
Smaller leisure boats cleaned without lifting them out.
Not sure if we cover your boat? Send us the type and length and we will confirm.
What Builds Up on Your Hull
Growth on a hull happens in stages. Warm Gulf water helps it along, which is why regular cleaning matters here.
Slime
A thin, slippery film that forms first. It looks harmless but gives weed and shells a place to settle.
- Soft and green or brown
- Wipes off with soft pads
- Comes back quickly in warm water
Weed
Soft strands of weed grow from the slime, often near the waterline where light reaches.
- Strands that trail in the water
- Builds up along the waterline
- Removed by hand with brushes
Barnacles
Hard shells that fix themselves to the hull, propeller and intakes if growth is left for a while.
- Hard and rough to the touch
- Found on hull and running gear
- Removed carefully to protect paint
How a Clean Hull Helps Your Boat
Growth you cannot see can change how your boat feels on the water. Here is what regular cleaning can help with.
Moves more freely
A clean hull can help the boat glide through the water with less drag.
Less strain on the engine
With less growth to push through, the engine does not have to work as hard.
Smoother handling
A clean propeller and rudder can help the boat respond the way it should.
Protects the paint
Gentle, regular cleaning helps the antifouling coating last its intended life.
Spot issues early
Our diver sees the hull up close and lets you know if anything looks worn.
Ready when you are
Your boat stays at the berth and is ready to head out when you want to.
Diver Cleaning at Your Berth
There is no need to lift your boat out. Our divers come to the marina and clean the hull while it stays where it is.
Arrive at your berth
We meet at the marina at the agreed time. No need to move the boat.
Check before the dive
The diver checks the water and the boat, and agrees the plan with you.
Clean in the water
Hull, propeller and running gear are cleaned by hand with soft tools.
Report back
You get a short update with photos of what was cleaned and anything we noticed.
Propeller and Running Gear Polishing
The moving parts under your boat work best when they are clean. We take time over each one.
Propeller
Blades are cleaned and polished so growth does not rough up the surface.
Shaft
The shaft is cleaned along its length so it turns without extra drag.
Rudder
Growth is removed from the rudder so steering stays smooth.
Bow and stern thrusters
Thruster tunnels and blades are cleared where they can be reached.
Anodes
Anodes are cleaned and checked, and we let you know if they look worn.
Intakes and trim tabs
Water intakes and trim tabs are cleared so water and movement flow freely.
Hull Inspection Report After Every Clean
You cannot see under your boat, so we show you. After each clean you get a short report from the diver.
Photos of the hull
Before and after photos so you can see the work without diving yourself.

Anything we noticed

Gentle on Antifouling Paint
Your antifouling coating protects the hull, so we clean the growth off it, not the paint with it. Divers use soft tools and adjust the pressure to the coating you have.
What we use
- Soft brushes and pads matched to the paint
- Light, even strokes section by section
- Extra care on soft or ablative coatings
- A check of the paint before we start
What we avoid
- Hard scrapers on painted areas
- Scrubbing one spot until it wears thin
- Cleaning a coating that is too fresh
- Guessing when the paint looks worn
Illustration only. If the coating looks worn, we tell you before we clean.
Our Dive Team Process
Every clean follows the same steps, from the first safety check to the photos you see afterwards. Calm, careful and done in the water at your berth.
Arrive at your berth
We meet you or the marina team, check access and confirm the work.
Safety check and dive brief
The team checks gear, the water and the area around the boat before anyone goes in.
Hull cleaned section by section
Divers work from bow to stern so no part of the hull is missed.
Propeller, shaft and intakes
Running gear and water intakes are cleaned with care for each part.
Photos and notes
We take photos under the water and note anything that needs your attention.
Debrief with you
You get a short summary and we agree the next clean if you want one.
Seasonal Care for Dubai Waters
Dubai water stays warm for much of the year, and warm water can mean faster growth on the hull. Here is how care can change with the seasons.
Winter
Cooler water can slow growth a little, which makes this a good time for a thorough clean and a close look at the paint.
A general guide only. Growth depends on your berth, how often the boat moves and the paint on the hull. We suggest a schedule after the first clean.
Marinas We Visit in Dubai
